PET FRIENDLY ROOMS
Your pet is welcome too!
We recognize that for some of our guests, a pet is part of the family. Guide dogs are always welcome when accompanied by their visually impaired companion. Pets are welcome in a limited number of guest rooms at a charge of $20 per day.
- A $20.00 non-refundable pet cleaning fee per night will be added to your room.
- A valid credit card imprint or deposit of $50.00 is required on check-in, without exception. The deposit is refundable, subject to satisfactory room inspection by the Hotel Housekeeping Department.
- Please ensure that you use your "Do Not Disturb" sign located in your hotel room. Place the card on the door handle for the duration of your stay while the pet is in the room.
- You are required to clean up after your pet on hotel property.
- Your pet must be kept on a leash at all times in public areas inside the hotel, as well as, on exterior hotel property. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in any of the food and beverage, pool or health club areas of the hotel. This exclusion does not apply to service animals.
- Please contact the Front Desk to arrange for a convenient time to service your room by dialing "0" from your room phone. No attempt will be made to enter if there is a pet inside, unless the owner is present. The pet owner should be in the room when it is cleaned if the pet is present.
- You are responsible to ensure your pet’s good behavior during your stay. Any disturbances, such as barking, should be curtailed to ensure that our guests are not disturbed or inconvenienced.
- You agree to be responsible for all property damages, disturbances and/or personal injuries resulting from your pet. You further agree to indemnify and hold harmless the hotel; its owners and operators, from all liability and damage suffered as a result of your pet.
