At Coccoloba Health Club, we are dedicated to providing our guests and club members with personal services.  Our personal trainers can customize a fitness program or workout just for you.

Coccoloba's Fitness Room is equipped with Apex New Generation total body circuit, biomechanically designed to be used for proper stabilization and isolation to ensure development of the correct muscle group.  Free weights, abdominal and stretching area complete the fitness room.

We offer Aqua Aerobic classes, Yoga classes, Pilates and Ball classes with a variety of equipment.  We customize weight loss programs based on your body type.  These are set up by certified instructors.  We also work closely with ICBC's Recovery Program.

Join a captive audience introducing Lifestyle Cardio Theatre - first Cardio Theatre BC!  "Lifestyle Cardio Theatre", is an audiovisual experience of TV or music to keep you motivated and for personalized viewing.  Coccoloba's Cardio Room is equipped with state-of-the-art Star Trac equipment.

After your workout, relax and rejuvenate amidst the tropical setting of the free form pool and whirlpool spa fed by gentle waterfalls, or enjoy the sauna.
